How To Use Banana For Skincare

Banana is my favorite fruit, one of the world's sweetest fruit. It is sweet because it contains glucose, fructose and sucrose. Bananas are found almost everywhere in the world. There are so many varieties of banana with different skin colors. You can find red banana but not too common. Banana has numerous nutritional and health benefits. They contain vitamin B6 and C, manganese, calcium and antioxidants which helps in protecting the skin against sagging and premature aging. Banana contain tryptophan a type of protein that the body convert into serotonin which improve mood and make one sleep better. Banana is rich in potassium which helps to control blood pressure. If your blood pressure is high banana can help lower it.
