Give A Start To Your Skin Care In Six Steps

When it comes to skincare we usually fail to give complete care to our skin. Applying a little lotion or a reasonably good sunscreen is all we are content with. But this is not all that is required. To make your skin look as youthful as possible you need to start taking care of it. Here are six steps that will definitely help you get a healthy, radiant and glowing skin.

Skincare

Step 1: Know Your Skin Type

Knowing your skin type is extremely important, for each skin type has to be taken care of differently. Dry skin has needs quite different from the oily one. Skin type depends upon the water content, oil content and sensitivity level. Your skin care products should always be used in accordance with the type of skin you have.

Step 2: Drink Lots of Water

Drinking plenty of water keeps your skin hydrated. Water is beneficial not only for skin but for the overall good health. Its helps the body get rid of toxins and improves circulation giving you a radiant and youthful skin.

Step 3: Lots of  Fruits  For  Glowing  Skin

Including lots of fruits in your diet undoubtedly gives you a healthy and glowing skin. Fruits like cherry, apple and berries are highly rich in antioxidants that reduce inflammation and slow down the aging process. They also help prevent wrinkles. Vitamin C increases the production of collagen in your skin. It also helps in skin toning. Therefore it is advisable to include lots of citrus fruits that are considered to be a rich source of vitamin C.

Step 4: Vitamin E and Skin

Vitamin E is probably the best and the most important vitamin for your skin. It can be used either internally or externally to enhance your skin conditions. A few of the benefits of vitamin E for the skin include moisturizing, reducing oxidative stress, skin healing and repair, enhancing complexion and rejuvenating skin cells. Make sure your cream or moisturizer contains vitamin E. It can also be taken internally by consuming vitamin E rich foods such as spinach, almonds, red bell pepper, tropical fruits and mustard greens. Applying oil rich in vitamin E helps you get rid of scars and acne.

Step 5: Cleanse, Tone and Moisturize

Having a good skincare routine is a prerequisite for a beautiful and glowing skin. The three step process of cleansing, toning and moisturizing is very important and should be followed diligently if you wish to possess a beautiful flawless skin. Cleansing helps remove dirt and other impurities from the skin. Toning tightens the facial pores and prevents sagging and wrinkles. Moisturizing helps keep your skin soft and supple. It prevents it from drying out and avoids the premature aging of the skin.

Step 6: Yoga for Glowing  Skin

Benefits of yoga on our mind and body are not unknown. An improved digestion and circulation definitely produces a glowing skin. Yoga is the most natural and effective way of keeping your bodily systems on the right track. Along with a healthy body, it blesses you with balanced and a sound mind. All it requires is a little bit of your morning time every day. It is the most natural and cost effective way to get a healthy and glowing skin. So give your morning time with some effective yoga poses for glowing skin. Practising these simple and easy tips will undoubtedly give you a youthful and radiant skin. These are easy to follow and highly cost effective. Including them in your daily routine is sure to rejuvenate not only your skin, but the whole of you.

    1. It not healthy at all. You need to drink water no matter whatever skin type you have. Juice can not replace the work water does to the body.
