I guess, I am not familiar with beet roots, I have tried to figure it out, but no way, maybe because it is not common here or is their any other local name for it down here? It will surely be good for the aged for the health benefits it offers

ReplyDeleteMy husband and I love beetroot and have them at least once a week. I've known for years that beets were good if you were anemic but wasn't aware that it prevents cholesterol buildup. Good to know.

ReplyDeleteI love beets!!!! I used to juice them almost every day for breakfast. I think it might be time to pull my juicer out of the cupboard and start up again!
