Always have breakfast
Don’t skip breakfast since it gives you the energy to
keep moving the whole day. According to a research it is found out that having
breakfast can repress the hunger cravings you get throughout the day. You’re
more likely to get fatigued and lose focus if you skip breakfast. Skipping
breakfast is associated with overweight and obesity whereas eating breakfast
reduces 30 percent risk of becoming overweight and obese.
If you want having a proper breakfast to be a habit of
your children then you should start having breakfast on the table with them
too. Children learn from their parents and it’s important for them to set good
examples.
Green tea
Have a cup of green tea every day. It’s a great way of
managing your weight. Green tea consists of antioxidants which are best known
for forestalling the aging process. It’ll also make you feel fresh and good.
Exercise
Most mothers completely ignore their health. It is
very important to stay fit.Take some time out of the day to exercise. Apart
from just shaping your body exercise release endorphins that make you feel
better, happy and relieve your stress.
Manage your time
Keep a do to list for yourself. Having a baby pretty
much creates a hole in your memory so in order to get your tasks done jot down
the things you need to do that day and every time you get something done just
cross it off to feel that sense of accomplishment.
Keep your body hydrated
Drink water to stay hydrated. It keeps us from getting
too tired. Drinking water is also one of the best ways to lose weight. If you
drink a glass of water before a meal you’ll feel full and you’ll eat less. It
also helps you boost your metabolism.
Make yourself happy
Charity begins at home. Take out time for
yourself to do the things you really enjoy doing. You can hang out with
friends, go to the movies, go to a spa, get a massage and a lot more. You owe
it to yourself. Don’t neglect your emotional and mental health just because you
have a new set of responsibilities.
Get proper sleep
Get an adequate amount of sleep to wake up feeling
fresh and active in the morning. Sleep deprivation can lead to fatigue which
causes stress.
